Just came back from spending the labour weekend with friends in the Ottawa area. It was so lovely to see old friends. Most encouraging was the expression - but you are melting!!! Did my ego a lot of good.

God is just so wonderful and I am so greatful to Him for this amazing weightloss. It is a real miracle. The pounds are falling like the leaves of autumn!! My feet keep dancing and I have soooo much energy!

Finally steps no longer daunt me as I can scale them at last without dragging myself up using the handrailing!!

Praise the Lord!!!
