1 Cheat in 1 Year :(

Well, I cheated last week and it was a stressful week! My HCG quit working at the end, I started a new job after being off for 8 months, a new semester started and my classes are challenging, I started Phase 3 of my diet protocol, which means adding good fats, dairy, other fruits and veggies back....but I cheated emoticon emoticon emoticon One day I had starches and sugars with dinner....well, with the other poor decisions due to lack of sleep and stress, too many nuts and cheese this past week I've gained 7 lbs!!!

But, this is a new week, I'm limiting the nuts, cheese and counting calories like I'm suppose to, so hopefully I'll get more rest this week and get more into a routine and I will "release" those 7 lbs I gained once more.

So, I blew it and cheated, but I will not let it change the course of my journey!

THIS IS A NEW WEEK!! I feel better, I feel rested and I will make wise decisions this week!! Over 100 lbs in a year....that's not too bad after all!!

    You will do this. I'm "up" too, since I'm so worried about another severe gallbladder attack. Get it out next month and I know I will feel SO much better after it is gone and I stop this worry. Doctor said it could rupture if I have another attack, so I don't want to deal with that. My brother went to the hospital for his appendix and while on the gruny outside surgery talking to the doctor, his ruptured. He was in the hospital 6 days because of it, and had so much pain. The surgeon said "Well, since it ruptured, I had to clean everything out inside of you and move everything round, so that is why you have had so much more pain than if it hadn't."
Well, not what I want!!
I'll get back down to where I need to be, so I'm not upset about that.

    1 cheat in 1 year...... pretty damn good! Hang in there - you are such an inspiration and in this case, you have held yourself accountable. At the same time, you are not letting it bring you down! Again, quite the inspiration.

    I suspect part of that weight is water (secondary to the salt in your food choices).
One step backward, two steps forward.
It's great you are back on track!
