yes i admit i have fallen off the sparkpeople wagon. for a good whole month none of this was working and my hubby one day finxed it all and now i am able to use this website!! i have been working out...ok...once a week or so. but weighed myself yesterday and in a week have lost 6.2 lbs. in about a month i have lost half inch off my hips and 2 inches off my stomach!!! isnt that awesome!!! that for sure has made me want to workout! for my bday i got about 100 dollars in gift cards because people saw i didnt have clothes that fit me and we havent had the extra money to buy new clothes. we have hit a rough patch financially and hope we climb out of it! but i am going on a shopping spree and rewarding myself! the question is...should i push to lose 10 more lbs atleast then buy new clothes or go reward myself now and buy snug things that will fit later on?!?!?

    Congrats! That is awesome!!! How close to your goal are you!? I would buy something now that you LOVE... a reward for your hard work - and if you find you are in between sizes - wait to lose that 10 pounds... but if you can fit into a size that is only a little snug - but still fits - then go for that! Obviously you need some new pieces - but if you buy things that are too small that may end up taking AWAY from your newfound confidence and enthusiasm... Either way - enjoy your shopping spree! Of course - as DONNYE2008 said, even your new clothes will soon be too big - so at least scout for great deals and clearance prices! But more than anything - have FUN trying on those smaller sizes!

    How about buying something for yourself that is not so dependent on your exact shoes or accessories. I would only buy clothes now that you really need, because they may soon become too big, and that is a waste of money.
