Losing slowly

Well, I am slowly losing some weight. I have lost 4 lbs since I came home from the hospital and 25 since the morning of my c-section. Not too bad. I know that breast feeding will help me lose some of the weight and get everything back in place. I just can't wait until I can start walking for exercise. I have started walking leisurely around my neighborhood. I figure that can't hurt and i need a bit of a slow start after 9 months of not being able to exercise much at all.

Right now I just want to make sure I am eating healthy and enough calories for the milk production. I will worry about all of the rest when it comes time.

    You have the right attitude! I know it's hard right after you have a baby. You just want the weight to disappear overnight! Keep at it and hang in there and you'll start seeing subtle changes! Never give up and always remember how incredible you are!
