Wow am I beat.

So, I've been super good.

Tuesday: day 1 bootcamp video
Wednesday: 30 min 'run' (at 6:30 am no less) and day 2 bootcamp video
Thursday: 30 min swim and day 3 bootcamp video
Today: 30 min 'run' (again at 6:30 am) and day 4 bootcamp video.

Plus today I played in the pool for half an hour with the hugmonkey. While it isn't really exercise per se, it IS active play, as opposed to more sitting on my tush in front of a screen.

And I am whoooped. In fact, I am going to bed just as soon as I max out my darned spark points for the day...which is very very very soon.

If I get to day 7, I will be seriously considering buying an exercise ball as a reward. (I've been modifying the videos to work without one)
