I never realised before how our eating habits differed so much. Wben I started using the food tracker I came across foods and ways to cook them I'd never heard of before.
At first I struggled to find our equivalents to keep fairly near my normal regime but then I thought "well why not be adventurous?" so off I went to a Supermarket that is a subsiduary of Walmark's and stocked up on some new, to me, flavours.
It was an eye-opener, I have eaten lots of different things now and enjoyed trying out new recipes with unfamiliar ingredients. Has anyone else found that excitement in trying what's new?
