My plan of action for fall:

1) Log my food again, I seem to do a lot better when I do this.
2) Minimum of 3 hours of exercise a week and preferably more.
3) Less soda!
4) More water!
5) Special: Horseback ride at least twice a week!

    I especially like the part about the horseback riding. That sounds like fun.
