Week 5 Run 2

Week 5 Run 2 - 6:45pm 8/9/06 - about 2.5 40 min
I didn't get my run in this morning beacuse the kids were up a lot at night and it was raining when I finally did make it out of bed. I managed to get out after DH got home from work though. My kneed doesn't hurt when I run, only after. I'm a little concerned that I should stop running but I keep thinking another 5 weeks won't do that much damage. I'd hate to not get my race in. I think after my race I'll have to switch to bike riding and see if that takes some of the strain off of it. My MP3 player ran out of juice about half way through the run and I thought that would slow me down but I went really close to the same distance on my second run walk as then next walk run.
