Losing Focus

For some reason this week has been really had for me to stay focused. I'm finding out that without my proper foods in the house I want to grab everything that is not nailed down to eat. So I guess my question is: What do you do to keep from going of a "bad" food binge?? I need HELP!!!!! emoticon

    It may be worth while investigating what changed this week that threw you out of sync.. change of schedule, back to school etc... I find that planning ahead helps to prevent this from happening... not that I am perfect, cause I am not! But when my eating plan is thrown off, it's usually because I don't have the right things in the house. So I have been putting Saturday mornings aside to plan my meals for the week, I also plan to have enough supplies for snacks... then I go grocery shopping. It's a bit of a hassle, but it's worked for me... so far. Good Luck!
