My Goals for September
1. Run 3 days a week; increasing my distance.
2. Clean eat no less than 14 clean meals/week.
3. Sign in daily to Sparkpeople, again with consistency not perfectly.
4. Lose 5% on the scale!
5. Complete the 30 day EA Active Challenge.
6. To not let work stress get me; as this will be the month of our big move next door into our new location.
