Muscle & Fitness Frequent Fryer Program

So on Monday, I started a new weightlifting routine. I am now three days into the program and man is it tough! I already had been doing most of the exercises before, but this one has different sets and reps than what I am used to and it is really leaving me sore! That is fine with me though, because I am enjoying pushing myself to my limits, and hopefully, I can keep on pushing through this routine and get over some of this soreness I am feeling now. I welcome some soreness, don't get me wrong, but I am really sore today!
