I have been working with a wonderful trainer at the Y for about a month now. I really appreciate everything she is doing and part of what is motivating me is that I don't want to let her down. She made a comment that when I go back to do my 6 week follow up with her, it will be close to her birthday. How cool would it be if I could make a lot of progress by her birthday as part of a way to thank her for all she has done? Yes, the exercise can be tough, but that is what I need to do to reach my goals. I feel great and I know I can do this!
