Day 3 of Week 1 (Start Over Plan)

Ok I have fallen off the wagon and need to get my mind set straight. My new plan is probably my old plan with some tweaking.

HW: 184
CW: 164
GW: 144

4-5 days of cardio (HR - 132 - 145 bpm)
3-4 days of strength training
Daily Caloric Intake: 1100-1500
50% Carb / 30% Protein / 20% Fat

Today:
1 hour walk/jog 3.5 miles (132 AHR)
20 Bleachers
3 sets of 12 Push ups


1177 Calories
50.9% Carb. / 27.4% Protein / 21.6% Fat
