So today, we have meetings going on. So I order pizza which is not the end of the world for me but for another meeting we are holding I order Arby's. As I was hanging up the phone, the rep remember that I some times order the Vanilla Shake & said oh well I am sending you one. Well I got up early to log for the day cause its going to be busy & a shake does not calculate into my daily calories. I could have a sip but what's the point?! I go hard or I don't go at all. LOL Anyway, I had to move some things around & could have the shake & no dinner?

Or have the shake? I guess its a part of enjoy life EVERYDAY to give up on the shake & go for the healthier opportunities! So I am off to do the rest of my push ups & do my butt kicks which are the challenge for my QFC Team for the day! emoticon emoticon emoticon emoticon Blessings & enjoy EVERYDAY! Dee

    I find it hard to overeat and then try to skip a meal. I guess my mind set is "it's a certain time so you have to eat", or the rest of the family is eating so I have too also. Will have to work on this in order to indulge every once in a while.
