Well, as of today, the LAP team is 2 years old. And to kick off the month and the anniversary, we are having a buddy challenge. I will be blogging about it throughout the month... for now... here are the goals (I want to than Nita for some of the idea's)
The Daily Challenges:
Here is the challenges and the points you get for each day you do them:
Exercise (1 point): do at least 30 minutes of exercise (cardio or strength training)
Nutrition (1 point): Drink at least 8 glasses of water
Brain: play a game (this can be any type of game) (1 point):
Spiritual (1 point): Name one blessing in your life
Home: (1 point): take 5 minutes to declutter something
Financial (1 point): put in a jar 50 cents each day of the challenge
Community (1 point) Visit your team members page (this includes their blog, a spark goodie or on their friend feed) or spark mail them.
The Weekly Challenge:
For each pound you lose, give yourself 10 points.
For every person you get to join the LAP team AND get them to join you on this challenge-give yourself 5 points. They must sign into your teams thread for you to get this. (So if you join LAP and join our challenge, please, join team 1...tehe)
Today's bonus challenge for 1 point is to print or write out the list of daily challenges and post it somewhere that will remind you of it. Then take a look at it throughout the day.
I will be printing mine out at work :) and the financial i've already got done for the day... wohoo!!!
