Well, I haven't blogged in a little over 10 days. So I have to update everybody on what's been going on. I hit a slump/rut, if you will, right after my last blog on the 19th. But I am working through it and have been tracking my food, eating right and exercising. I am desperately trying to get my sleep pattern to normal hourse at night. So I have been waking up at decent times, except for yesterday. I had a few very restless nights during the week and my body I guess played catch up friday night. But I still did okay for waking up as late as I did, which was 3:30 pm.
Oh yes, and my son, Josh, came home from New York. He will be home for about 2 weeks. My daughter and grandson will be here this wednesday. So I have a full week ahead of me, and I am determined to stay focused and on top of things.
I feel so different right now. I feel good about myself and the progress I am making as far as sticking to my plans of food and exercise and not letter the other person in the house disrupt what I am trying to accomplish with myself.
So I am off to relax a little before falling asleep for the night. I hope everybody is doing well in their journeys. I know it's tough to get moving sometimes but once you get out there and just "DO IT" you feel soooo MUCH BETTER!! and you think to yourself, what was I being afraid of, this isn't bad at all.
