Not a bad week eating wise. I still eat out too much which I need to cut back on. My schedule for the next 2 weeks will be less hectic so I can eat in more and eat out less.
I just started doing the 100 hundred pushups program(www.100pushups.com). I plan to do 100 pushups in one try by the end of September.
Missed 1 day of running which made me me miss a goal of burning 3500 calories a week by about 150 calories.
Here is to having a better next week with a few improvements and meeting a few goals.
