Ok, so this was my first full week back to work at school. I finished up the Burn phase and didn't see much if any change in my measurements and on the scale...however I feel tighter and stronger. So I am still optimistic and working hard. I have started the Push phase and absolutely love it...I like it a lot more than the burn phase. I also have my neighbor coming over to join me in some Turbo feels so good to do TJ again, it is so extremely fun! So I think this month will show great results. I am a bit disappointed but still going strong. I have watched what I am eating and have packed my healthy lunch each day for work, so I'm not sure where the break down is happening.

Even though I'm a tiny bit disappointed with my results I am still enjoying the workouts so much that I have decided to go to the Turbo Kick Instructor training that is being offered here in November. I believe a lot of teachers would love to be able to work out right after school, before having to go pick up their kids from daycare and not having to drive to a gym. So we'll see how it goes. I'm excited about it and anxious for it to happen.

    Great Idea! Don't look at the numbers, instead notice a general downward trend. You'll have good weeks and weeks that stall, you can't judge it by that. If you are watching what you eat and turboing, you WILL see results.

    I really enjoyed Turbo Jam when I was doing it also... Keep up your efforts. I'm sure they'll pay off, and it will be great if you can get some workout buddies at the school! More incentive and accountability!!!

    Oh, that will be awesome for you. We are going to be getting Turbo Kick at our YMCA soon and I'm so jazzed for it. Good luck on that and let me know how it goes. Maybe once I start going to school for my personal trainers certification I'll look into it as well.
