I want to go from this
I have started by joining SparkPeople
and recording my meal intake and my exercise daily. I have started reading health articles and books on nutrition, healthy meals, and exercise. I "Experienced" YOU: On A Diet through audio books and I have to say I've learned quite a lot about issues that I had no idea pertained to weight loss. My next step(s) is to incorporated the things I'm learning into my lifestyle. My ultimate goal is to be a HEALTHY ME!!! I'm glad I have SparkPeople and the wonderful people on the teams I've joined to help me reach it.
