I'm feeling better today. I finally got back on the scale last night. I thought I had gained all 10 lbs I had lost back, but it was only 4 lbs. I'm finding that it really helps to input all the food I eat and I can see how far off the mark I am getting. I'm going to keep plugging away. I just really need to start exercising now. I will try walking tonight after dinner and see how that goes.
