Y-M-C-A, it's fun to go to the Y-M-C-Aaaa

Not always when you are making it a habit. Sometimes it's just downright difficult to pull yourself out of the comfy bed. But once you are there, it's worth it. I feel much more energetic at work when I start my day out with a workout.

    I just made a comment to my wife along these same lines. I just finished working out and made it to work just in time to unlock the doors for our first appointment this morning. I noticed that I have a significantly better outlook on the day then I have had for the last two days, when I didn't make it in to work out.

    When I am having problems getting motivated to get out and work out I just need to remind myself how good I feel afterward.
