An easy recipe

Wednesday, August 26, 2009

I bought a bag of cole slaw mix on sale this week and decided to make an easy version of stuffed cabbage without all the work of stuffing it! I think I was inspired to cook after seeing the movie Julia and Julia. My recipe was easy, delicious, and I will be making it again very soon! A great way to get some vegetables in while going easy on the meat. I used ground beef, but you could use chicken, turkey or soy crumbles. I am including a link to my recipe. Let me know what you think.

Seems a lot of people are taking inspiration from "Julia and Julie." My sister wants to but Julia Child's French cookbook but I said, no way, Jose! To many fatty things in there! Thanks for the recipe.
