I Love Spark but I LOVE MY Sparkpeople!!

Wednesday, August 26, 2009

I'm so happy that I found Spark but better yet I'm glad I run with a good crowd of Sparkpeople! Y'all rough & tough over here! Holla!! emoticon emoticon emoticon This is exactly the type of behavior that has stopped me in the past from reaching & keeping myself at goal: Jealousy! I'm glad you all have my back & I worked out harder yesterday even though I wasn't feel good. Got up whispered a pray & killed my workout!! Do you think I've had enough?! Heck naw!! I feel stronger today than I did yesterday so I might do some weights & pilates while watching tv! emoticon To my Sparkpeople, I love you guys!! You are the BEST!!! You know who you! How do you know this? Cause you're reading this blog! LOL

No not LUMP DAY!! I said it's HUMP DAY!!

You know what we do here . . . . .

Do your thang!! Let's go!

I had to giggle while reading this, Lawd doggie with rollers. Man I remember when I had to sleep in those awful things.

I totally agree with you. I adopted SP on my daily routine and thoroughly enjoy the friends I have met online. They are from all over and we all have the same goals -- getting healthy and help each other along. What a great bunch.
