A good healthy breakfast recipe

I saw this on a vegan website and while I'm definitely not vegan it does look 'clean' and sounds yummy. Usually I love oatbran porridge for breakfast but sometimes trying something else is nice.
5-6 tbsp flaxseeds, ground
1 1/2 cups of soymilk - I'll use milk
1 apple, grated
1 cup of cooked brown rice/quinoa
juice of one orange
1 banana, mashed
5 tbsp nuts
put apple, rice, banana, juice and almonds into a bowl, mix well and add cinnamon
bring soymilk to a light boil, add ground flaxseeds, stir well to combine
continue to boil for 30 sec. and then remove from heat.
let 'set' for 1 minute and then add to fruit mixture.
