My Mini Weight Loss Goals (By ChristmasTime)

Wednesday, August 26, 2009

So, I ended up at 210 for the week, which is fine. I had cheated a little last weekend because of my stress and going out of town (which isn't really an excuse), so I wasn't expecting any more weight loss.

This next week is going to be a real stressor on me But I can do it I am going to become the grandmother of twins. A boy and a girl!!!!

Good news but so worried about our daughter. She lost a baby last year and nearly did she has to have surgery after this and will not be able to have anymore children. No reason for me to hit the cookies etc I know but that is me

Exercise this coming week will be very hard for me except for walking the hospital has nice areas to walk. I have reset my weight goals to 10 pounds at a time no real timing just mini goals. But I would like to loose 10 pounds before Christmas, I hope everyone's doing well. Anyone else wanting to take a walk with the mini trips just join in and see how any 10 pound we can loose before Christmas.
Thanks everyone
Brenda

Sorry about your grandchild. My first two grandchildren died shortly after birth, so I know some of your pain.

A grandmothers pain is so complicated. It is painful to watch your own child be so sad and there is nothing you can do to relieve the pain, plus you are also grieving for your own loss, the loss of your grandchild.

I hope you make you make your Christmas goal

Good for you to acknowledge your mishaps and make plans to correct them. Long term goals are better than short term goals. Good luck.
