.... I'm feeling much better. Can you tell I was PMS in my last blog? I've also switched to some different meds, as my previous meds had significant weight gain and appetite stimulant side effects. I was so hungry, it was a major struggle just to keep my calories at 1800 daily, and some days I'd be so hungry I'd eat well over 2000.
I did the Wii fit today, for 65 minutes: 45 of cardio, and 20 of strength. I'm hoping to go for a bicycle ride tomorrow.
I've also managed to stay in my range for nutrition the past 4 days! Yay!
