stage 2 strategy 1
1) Buy a set of measuring cups and measuring spoons
(this i will do, cos a cup of ice cream will never equal to a cup of cereal in my mind)

2) Measure all single serving sizes for the food you eat this week
(Damn that is an epically small portion of fries!)

3) Create a leftover storage system
(Its called my bin, if im going to eat between meals im going to make it difficult!)

Apparently the amount of items on my plate does not equal to one serving of each....
this is going to difficult....
