Today, I woke up at 7:30 a.m. and decided to take my dog for a walk/jog. My dog's name is Bo. He was super excited! It was nice being out early for a change. I am usually a night owl and a late riser. Bo enjoyed the walk and I think it would be good to start walking him every day, if only for a little while. After all, his health is important, too. Then I came home and worked out on my elliptical trainer. Now I am cooling down with some water and eating breakfast. Cheerios. I don't know if you are supposed to eat breakfast before or after your work out. But, eating breakfast is one of my goals and it has been attained today! :)
