back on track

ok, so the summer didn't prove to be the season for losing weight that I thought it might be...so...time to get back on track! I haven't logged my food in ages, so I'm going to start that again. Also started a walk/run program so I can get back into running slowly - and avoid injury & pain!
I can do all things through Christ!

    Hey Dee! My summer has been the same way! I'm going to be re-starting the C25K running program (yet again)...any particular program you are doing? Good to see you back here, my friend!!
