yesterday i used my pedometer for the first time to start the challenge i went walking around the neighborhood and i did 10,000 step in 2 hours i am impress and happy that i did it emoticon

    10,000 in two hours! I'm impressed, wow. When I got mine a few months ago, I tripled the amount that I walk around. Seeing those little numbers tick up really helps.

What a difference a pedometer makes! I never leave home without mine.
In fact, when my boys asked me what I wanted for my birthday, 8/22/09, I said that I needed a new reliable pedometer. I just received it in the mail, an Omron. Couldn't wait to put it on.
