I feel like such an underachiever in weight loss. The scale is moving down very very slowly but the scale is moving down and that is a good thing
I have not really been tracking my food, I kinda got a feel of how much of what I needed a day and just thought I knew better, but I don't because my energy levels, are really low I am missing something in my diet & I don't have a record of the last two weeks to take a look and see what I was missing out of my diet... shame on me!!! So back to tracking, back to more exercise during the day, and less of that dumb know it all attitude that I am staying with in my calorie range... so I am good!!! BLAH.... moving fwd.... tracking my breakfast right now... YAY!!!
