5 Foods that Burn Fat
I found this here:

Peaches: Absorbic acid apparently makes it easier to burn fat. A study at the University of Colorado found that participants burned an extra 100 calories after ingesting the nutrient. Peaches also contain vitamin E, which can help to prevent long term skin damage and fight off wrinkles.

Coconut/Coconut Oil: Coconuts are full of medium-chain fatty acids which are used in your body as an immediate source of fuel. Unlike margarine or hydrogenated oils, which are hard to break down and get stored as fat.

Onions: Onions are a natural source of chromium, a nutrient that improves insulin efficiency and keeps blood levels stable. This helps to eliminate blood sugar crashes and subsequent snacking.

Hot Pepper and Cayenne: Hot peppers and cayenne pepper contain capsaicin, a compound that naturally speeds metabolism and burns fat.

Strawberries: Strawberries are great if you want to burn fat. They are lower in sugar than other fruits and high in fibre which fills you quickly. They are also a rich source for vitamin C, which has been proven to increase metabolism.

If you are going to eat, it might as well be something that helps you lose weight!

That is interesting. I use to have blood sugar crashes all the time. Ironically, since I started to diet, onions are one item I add to most foods, where I never seemed to eat so much of it before. Guess my body was telling me something.

    Thanks for the post
