Okay, so I'm putting this entry in to make myself go exercise after I finish typing it. The kiddo is down for a morning nap. This is normally my time to shower, relax, start chores, etc. But since it was a low key morning, I've already had breakfast and coffee and been able to kick back. While the household chores (and unpacking from the move) still persist, I figure I should go get myself up on that treadmill, for maybe a half hour. I haven't been exercising at all. The weight loss is occuring without it which of course, makes me slack on the exericse more. However, I know it'd stop here soon if I don't get my butt moving!! Okay, that's it - time to change and get on the treadmill!!
