My goals have been harder to reach this last week, but I'm still trying! I got engaged last Saturday which has me eating and drinking more than I'd like (although that is slowing down) and I started planning which meant several hours on the couch with the laptop, the phone book and the phone making calls. It's been busy, but good. Actually, the hardest thing I'm finding time for is exercize, although I'm trying to get walks in when/where I can. My fiance is also trying to get back in shape, especially now that we're going to be getting married, so I've been trying to take advantage of that time to get a little in, too. The only trouble I've found is that I'm making spark recipes which are AWESOME and healthful, but they take some time to prepare. I took a small 10 minute walk and then began cooking dinner and we still didn't end up eating until 7. I guess as long as I'm getting 30 minutes of exercize a day and getting my strength training in 3 days a week, if I'm eating fewer calories, I'm still on the right track. Finding the balance is the hard part!
On another note, I haven't heard anything more from my doctor, so I must assume that there's no problems there. I sure hope not!
