Scary measurements

here are my starting measurements...a bit scary but we all need a starting point so here goes:

Biceps: 13in
Chest: 43 (but I am breastfeeding)
Waist (smallest part of my trunk): 38in
Hips: 48in
Thigh: 27in

I'm aiming to measure myself once a week and post the results.

    Don't forget to measure both thighs as I bet one is larger than the other one.
You're right all of us had a starting point. All starting points are different, but we want the same end results. So as you start your journey to a new healthier you, don't forget to 'smell' the roses along the way. Enjoy the journey there are so many wonderful events up and coming for you!
