I did so well last winter with my weight loss, but have been so stressed and busy these summer months, that I have gained some of the weight back. I know that I need to just start fresh and evaluate my situation and changes that need to be made. The following list is changes/goals to be made for my personal reference.
1) New job= packing my lunch, water in a bottle
2) Make a schedule- schedule exercise daily
3) Track food in Spark
4) Set new weight goals
5) Plan meals weekly
I will review these goals on September 19, 2009 and change and update as necessary.
