I will be doing another 5K on September 19th (as long as I can find a partner, you need a team of two for this race)
I will also be doing my first 10K in October.
I have started taking boxing training and I love it! I hope to start sparring in the near future.

Weight loss isn't going so well lately. I want to go from 169 to 150. Eventually I think I will want to be around 140, but for now I will aim for 150.
How is everyone else doing?
Can anyone offer some motivation?
I think that's really interesting doing a 5K with a partner... I'm also running a 10K in October (first time). For running motivation... I just use music!
