So I haven't blogged in a couple of days, reason why is that my back has been out, and my PC time has been cut down a bit.
I'm not exactly sure what I did to it, and I'm blaming at least 60% of it on "girlie issues", so hopefully things will get back to normal shortly.
The thing that's really bugging me, is that the scale has been slowly creeping back up by a pound or two. I've been fairly sedentary for the last week or so because of the back issues, but I've still been watching what I eat and staying in range (perhaps a bit more salt than usual though), and I'm hoping that's what's causing the slight gain on the scale.
I'm just in a tough headspace right now, between the pain, and the scale torturing me. I've been looking at my calendars, and for the last two months I've done well at keeping my exercise to 4-5x a week, and these past two weeks it's been down to twice a week that I've been able to squeek out a little bit of a workout.
Keeping my fingers crossed that as soon as I can be active again, the scale will drop back down. I worked so hard to get to that 184, I hate the thought of having to backtrack and work off the same 2-3 pounds all over again
Anyways... just wanted to give an update. I'm not a happy, shiny me today. *pout*
