Biggest Loser Challenge - Shedding 100+ Team

I am looking to achieve 30 minutes of exercise daily and am hoping that with this challenge, that can be done. I would also like to lose 5#, will be happy with anything above and beyond this number, but this is the least amount that I need to lose in the upcoming weeks.
