Starting from scratch

Right, I've ignored my bad eating and SP for too long now.
Although I've workout everyday my weight was getting out of control so I decided to do something about it.
It stumbled across Clean Eating and it seems to fit my lifestyle perfectly.

So here's to a clean lifestyle.

I won't be weighing myself but I am keeping a measurements diary.

    I also found that just working out every day wasn't enough to get the weight off. Tracking my food on the Nutrition Tracker has really helped me understand what I'm eating. SP is a great site, there are a lot of people/teams to get you motivated!
