Week 4 Run 3 - 8:40 pm 8/4/06 approx. 2.5 miles 35 min
Run 3 min - walk 90 sec - Run 5 min - walk 2.5 min x 2
Well I whimped out on running as soon as I woke up this morning. I just figured I'd do it tomorrow or something. But when the kids got down a little earlier than usual I decided to do the run tonight. Fueling up with pizza might not be the best for me! LOL! It felt much different than my normal empty stomach first thing in the morning run. I also brought along my MP3 player and I think it kept me running much better. I did leave a little later than I should have probably. At one point I was wondering if those coyotes that people have been talking about would find me in the dark. I couldn't read my watch for my last time so I actually ran 45 seconds longer than I had to! This week was very hard on me. I'm going to try and go ahead with next week but I have definitely hit the point where I am having to push with all I have to get through.
