Getting back on track

My son has football practice and my daughter has cheerleader practice everyday. It's too far to drive back home once I drop them off. I stay and walk around the track. Usually I walk an hour but 30mins at the least. It's been two weeks and I'm down two pounds. It's not alot but I'm still happy. That first week I exercised but my eating was terrible. Last week I my eating was good until the weekend. I fell flat on my face the whole weekend! I'm happy to say I got up and got back on track this morning. My goal for this week is to work staying on track this weekend.
