Im ready for change!

Me and my best friend Jen,,,have decided to do a FRIEDNLY bet to loose the most percentage we can before i go visit to CALIFORNia. The wager is $100. I am totally motivated and at the end who ever looses or wins,,i tink we both have won,,becasue we are going to be healthier for it and get to celebrate.

    Betty said it best. It isn't a diet, but a lifestyle change we desire. Competition is a GREAT motivator along this journey. Sometimes a challenge between friends is the only thing that can get me fired up. Hey, whatever it takes, right?!

    Good luck to both of you! You can do it! Just remember it's not a diet that ends once you reach your goals. It's a life style change. You want to eat healthy foods, get plenty of exercise, drink your water, and most of all learn to make healthy choices. You should never feel deprived. But a little healthy competition is good!
