Ok, so I have enjoyed my summer and have loved putting my workouts and eating healthy first. However, school starts up next week and I'm back to work and back to tons of papers coming home and lunches to pack, and football practices and games to attend, gymnastics to run to and piano lessons too. I'm scared about finding the time to keep this up. I am feeling stronger, healthier and tighter in some places and know that I am making progress...even though I'm not seeing much on the scale. I'm still doing ChaLEAN Extreme and am in my first phase and I just want this journey to continue. I'm going to do my very best to stay focused and on track. I'm going to miss spending time out here on SP, but what can I say, I've become a bit of an addict with SP and Facebook...ooops :-) Thanks to everyone for your encouragement and motivation and friendships that I have made this summer. Look forward to having you there as I face the hurdles that will come my way this fall. I can say at least I am lucky to be a school teacher and can enjoy my summers and this summer gave me the chance to really get a healthy lifestyle going. I feel very thankful and blessed for all I have. So, here's to Back To School.
