Week 3 on SP!

Thursday, August 13, 2009

so I'm writing a day early because I'm going out of town this weekend and probably won't be back on until Sunday night. I'm gonna miss SP!

This week I started doing a lot more running than usual. I did pretty decent on staying in my calorie intake range. there were a couple days where I didn't do so hot :/ I weighed myself this morning and I am still at 163 lbs. It's getting a little aggravating not seeing the scale go down but I know the scale going down isn't everything. I just hate when the plateus happen cause that's how it used to be when I would "diet" before and it would bum me out. My best friend is telling my to just be patient and a lot of others are saying not to worry about it so I'm gonna do my best and keep up what I've been doing....maybe tweak it just a little bit.

Hope everyone has a great weekend :]

Have a great weekend, and if you can keep running, do so! I'd love to be able to keep running - I do more walking on the treadmill than anything and I bike some places, but I'd love to run. What a great way to clear your head - and enjoy scenery!

A little bit of patience may do the trick in running for a couple of weeks ~

Hang in there, it can take 6-8 weeks for the scales to move and sometimes it's not about the scales!

Hey it's week 3 and you are doing good. Don't count on the scale too much. Take your measurements with measurement tape too and in a few weeks you'll start seeing the results that you desire:-).

That's great that you've been really active this week! Keep that up and you'll see results in no time. Plateaus are rough but you gotta hang in there... if you just give up you'll definitely never make it past the plateau. Always mix things up and keep your body guessing and you'll get through it!
