Couple of Gripes, or maybe it's operator error

When someone response to a blog post, why can't I answer them right from there so that the answer is linked to what they sent me?

Why can't I make my own blog a favorite so that I can go right to the page to make a new entry instead of having to go through the back door (go to spark page, open a blog entry, THEN see Add a Blog Entry option)?

I have a few more on the navigation and how hard it is to get back into some of the things I'm looking for, but I'll leave it there for now.

In other news, I went out to "play softball" with my daughter again today. Hand/eye coordination still knows what it's supposed to do, but it'll be awhile of regular practice before I add enough speed to be able to do anything useful with it. Need a lot of work on my throwing arm too, but that'll come back if I ease into it and don't blow it up.

Only lasted a half hour out in the heat, so I'm on the treadmill now with my desk (board) attached so I can read SP stuff while I'm walking enough to get at least an hour of exercise in for the day. I've gotten so I can do 3 mph while I'm on the computer without hurting anything, so it's not a bad workout :)

That would be some difficult and complicated programming to try make active links to responses in a blog,it would be too difficult probably. From my spark points page (where you spin to get log in points), I always click on add a blog entry, so it brings that window up right away instead of going through all the steps you do.
Have a great evening!
