So while I haven't attempted this long I've gotten close to the 40/30/30 thing and I don't like it. I have felt way more tired. I think my body prefers more carb and less fat... I haven't even been able to get myself to run once this week because once I get home I'm kind of in eat and relax mode.
I am just going back to focusing on overall calorie intake. :)
