how am I supposed to drop weight while sitting in a chair 8 hours a DAY!

RANT! Is this even possible. Of course it is -but it feels the opposite. emoticon okay time to be positive. Everyone is capable of maintaining a healthy lifestyle no matter what the circumstances. Some occupations just lend themselves to promoting sedentary lifestyles. Do you have any tips for an office rat?? let me know! I'd be interested.

    ha! I am an office rat as well! Here are some tips:
    1. if there is more than one bathroom, go to the one farthest from your desk each time you need to use it
    2. take a short walk during lunch every day
    3. buy a stability ball. I have one in my office, I use it several times a day (am on it now actually) for about 1/2 hour. It promotes better posture, and even though you don't feel it at the time, works your core and quads...plus... it is fun:)
