The countdown is on.....just under two weeks until I return back to work. I worry that the habit I started with walking every day (or most days) will end. I am excited that my clothes are fitting better and I even got to buy some smaller tops. But what happens when I get out of the routine? Will I go back to my old, horrible ways? Will I make excuses for not exercising again? Right now I have a friend who helps keep me motivated, but that won't be able to continue as he works nights. I won't be able to walk at 11 at night. So what am I to do? I have to set a plan in motion and make it stick. I hate to lose all that I have gained this summer.
