    Just remember why you took the 30 days off. Don't let household chores and other insignificant issues make you take your eyes off your goal. Some things you will not be able to avoid such as the family issues but take it easy on yourself. Add more veggies into your diet and use the exercise as stress relief. As you are walking, blow out all your stress. Blow it away! I did this yesterday after a particularly stressful two weeks and I felt so much better. Make the days off left count. This is your "job" for the next 19 days and you should put as much effort into as you would your "daytime job." I know you can do it. I see it in your eyes and your body language. Get back up on that horse and keep going! Looking forward to the next update!

    Just don't let a little slip up bring you down. You can jump right back into it and those two pounds will disappear again. Hopefully this time forever. You can do it! Be strong! :-)
